scottigkys provides virtual skincare consultation services specifically designed for fitness enthusiasts and active individuals. Our platform connects users with certified dermatologists and skincare experts through video consultations, personalized skincare plans, and ongoing support. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes and should not replace emergency medical care or in-person medical treatment when required.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. Users under 18 require parental consent. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Payment for consultations and services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our platform. All prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT. Refunds are provided according to our cancellation policy, which allows full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
All content on the scottigkys platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and consultation materials, is the property of scottigkys B.V. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Users retain ownership of their personal information and consultation records.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, scottigkys B.V., its directors, employees, and affiliated healthcare providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless scottigkys B.V. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from service interruptions.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account by contacting us at support@scottigkys.top. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but provisions regarding payment, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive.
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes shall first be addressed through mediation. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute, conducted in English in Breda, Netherlands.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Breda, Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these terms. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
scottigkys shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government regulations, or technical failures of third-party services.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and scottigkys regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
